Les Jardins de Quatre-Vents: An Immersive Tour These world famous gardens are located near La Malbaie in the Charlevoix region of Québec. They were a lifetime passion of the late Francis Cabot and they are a truly inspiring place to visit. Unfortunately the gardens are only open to the public on average 4 days per year, so relatively few people are lucky enough to be able to experience the gardens in person. After visiting the gardens in 2005, I undertook the challenging but rewarding task of photographing the gardens using panoramic photos to enable people to get some feeling of actually being there. The panoramic photos of the gardens were taken throughout the garden season mainly in 2006. A complete tour of the garden in panoramic format will include many transition panoramas taken at the same garden positions at different times in the summer showing the amazing explosion of growth that takes place.
