ETPanorama "Eastern Townships Panorama" was created to promote VR (virtual reality) photography in our local region. The Eastern Townships of Québec is an idyllic place, with rolling hills and lakes and picturesque villages. It has been the site of filming of several Hollywood movies and recent visitors have included Nicole Kidman, Anthony Hopkins, Pierce Brosnan, Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp.
360° panoramas are becoming more and more popular on the web- the website of Hans Nyberg, featuring "the panorama of the week" has at times been rated as the hottest site on the web. This means that the medium (VR photography) is becoming "mainstream".
